Artisto is a free iPhone app to apply art filters to videos. Using this app, you’ll be able to turn your videos into stunning artworks with art filters as Prisma does the same for your photos. It is a simple video editing app that comes with 14 eye-catching art filters (inspired by Picasso, Dali, Van Gogh, etc), and lets you apply them to all your favorite videos and then share with the world. To apply art filters to a video, you can either import it from your camera roll or record one using the built-in camera. After that, trim the video as required and choose any of the art filters. How to Apply Art Filters to Videos on iPhone:
Step 1: As soon as you open up the app, the built-in camera screen will appear where you can either record a new video or import an existing one from your camera roll. Click the round button to start recording a video or tap on the video section to import it from the camera roll. The maximum length of the video which you can record using the built-in camera is up to 10 seconds.
Step 2: After importing or recording a video, it will ask you to trim the video by simply dragging the start and end point slider. Once you’re done with trimming the video, simply hit the “Next” button to proceed.
Step 3: As soon as you do that, it will cut out the selected length of the video and open up the filter screen. There you will see these 14 amazing art filters: Spiral of Joy, Neural Art, Pencil Dream, Prisma, Blue Ice, Graphite, Mosaic, Gray Shadow, Audrey, In The Fire, Architecture, Zen, Art Nouveau, and Blue Dream. Choose any one of the available art filters for your video and tap on the “Apply Filter” button.
Step 4: After that, the app will start processing your video and apply the selected filter to the entire video. Once the processing of your video is complete, you can preview, save it to camera roll, and also share it with others via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.

But, this app has taken the art filters to a next level as it lets you apply them to your videos instead of photos.
