Spy Call Recorder is a free Android app that allows you to record calls on your Android device. The interesting feature about this app is that it works in background and does not show any kind of notification when it starts recording a call. If you want to spy on someone, just hand over your phone to them while they make their call from your phone, and their call will get recorded without them coming to know!

When you launch the Spy Call Recorder app on your device, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions. Once you are done reading through the terms and conditions of the app, simply click on Accept.
Once you have clicked on Accept, you can set the recording feature to on for the app to begin running in the background and start recording your calls. Set the recording slider in the below window to on.
Once a few calls have been recorded, you will be able to see the recorded calls in the above window. The recorded call logs will be displayed in the following manner.
You will be able to see the name of the caller, their number, the time of the recording and their profile picture. The green upward facing arrow shows outgoing calls and the blue inward facing arrow shows the incoming calls. (In the above window, some details have been blurred to protect privacy)
If you wish to see only the incoming calls that have been recorded, you can click on the third option from the bottom left of the screen. Similarly, to view only the outgoing calls, click on the button on the bottom right side of the screen. Clicking on a recorded call will give you options that allow you to add the recorded calls to Favourite, or to simply Play or Delete the recording. When a recording has been added to favourite, it is accessible by clicking on the Star button at the bottom of the screen
You can access the settings of the app by clicking the gear icon present at the top-left corner of the screen. You can configure options to show notification while recording a call, set the recording format, etc.
You can also check out the Total Call Recorder App for Android, which performs the same task, although it does not spy and shows a clear notification in the notification bar that it is recording your call.
