How to Virtually Try Clothes to See How They Look on You on iPhone:
Step 1: Simply launch the app and use your Facebook credentials to sign in. You will see 3 different tabs with icons for Message, Outfit, and Profile at the bottom. To start trying on outfits, simply go to the “Outfit” tab and you will see a model with predefined dress pieces at the bottom. Scroll through all the predefined pieces to try it on the model. To use different pieces (for eg; a short and a t-shirt), you need to add layers for that, as shown below.
Step 2: On the right of the model, there will be a “+” button using which you can change the model, add pieces from the web, add pieces using the built-in camera, send look, and save or share your customized outfits. Press and hold the button to use all of these options.
Step 3: To change the model, select the “Change Model” option after pressing the “+” button. You will see some predefined models including two cartoon characters, a man, and a woman. But, the best part is that you can also use the camera to capture a photo of your own and become the model. After you tap the “Camera” icon, the built-in camera will open up along with a character frame at the center. Adjust yourself within the frame to make the dress pieces fit perfectly on you. You can also import photos from your camera roll.
Step 4: Now, to try on outfits from your favorite fashion sites press the “+” button and select the option “Add Pieces From Web”. Type the URL of any site in the search field and browse through the fashion products. All the available dress pieces on that particular website will be auto fetched by this app and you will be able to see them at the bottom of the screen. Simply select any of the pieces and remove the background by drawing a border around the outfit. After that hit the “Done” button to save the outfit in your list and try it on the models.
Step 5: It also has an option to capture pieces using the built-in camera of this app. Tap the “+” button on the main screen and choose the option “Add Pieces From Camera”. As soon as you do that, the camera will open up with a dress frame on the screen. You can change the frames by simply swiping on the screen. It offers dozens of frames for pants, shorts, jackets, coats, blazers, tops, shorts, blouses, sweaters, cardigans, and much more. Try to capture the dress piece within the frame for the better result while trying it on any model. If you already have some existing photos of dress pieces in your camera roll, then you can also import them into the app.
Step 6: In the “Message” tab, you can invite your friends for conversations, discuss outfit ideas, share customized dress pieces, and more. If you want to save and share the outfits which you’ve created, then select the option “Save & Share” after pressing the “+” button. You can save the outfits into the camera roll and share them with others via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
