Romaco Timeout is a free software to restrict the amount of time spent on computer. You can control the time spent per session, or even time spent per day. You can password protect your settings so that no one can override the time restrictions that you impose. This is not a complete parental control software, but provides an easy way to restrict time spent on computer.

Romaco Timeout comes with a very easy to use interface. You can easily select whether you want to restrict time spent per session, or whether you want to create a daily quota, and accumulate time spent over the day.
After that, you can specify the time limit that you want to impose. You can specify the time limit in hours and minutes.
You can also specify to completely block access to computer outside of specified hours. For example, you can specify that computer can be used only within 8AM and 10 PM. Apart from this, you can also specify the action that should happen when someone exceeds the allocated time. You can specify to logoff the computer, shutdown the computer, or even take some custom action.
Romaco Timeout also gives you option to pause it any time, or reset quota for a user (if you have password for the application).
