How To Block Applications Using AskAdmin?
As mentioned above, you can directly run the application, without installing it. So, after completing the download, you can extract its zip files and can open its application file. You can use the download link given at the end of this article. As you will open this software’s interface, you can add applications to block by two methods: one is drag-n-drop applications to its interface, and other is use the File option. After adding desired applications you can try to open those applications. It will show you an error as you could see in the below screenshot.
If the applications are not blocked immediately, then you can tap on ‘Restart Windows Explorer’ icon available above on its interface. This way you can easily block added programs. And if you wish to save added list for future use, then it can also be done easily with ‘save the list icon’.
Note: Other useful features are also available in AskAdmin but you can’t use it in this free version i.e. password protection and import list feature. So if this software suits you, then you can also go for paid version. Otherwise, use this free version continuously.
