Twic is a free, open source Google Chrome extension you can use to easily switch between multiple sign in twitter accounts. Twic allows user to add and switch between multiple Twitter accounts and even get a sneak preview of tweets.

How to have multiple sign in Twitter Accounts simultaneously?
Installation is very simple. All you have to do is click on the Add To Chrome button and accept the request from the browser. It is important to keep in mind that by allowing the extension to be installed, it is given full access to your location, tabs and browsing activity, and your profile data on Twitter.
To access the extension, click on the “t” button on the top left of your browser. On clicking the button for the first time, you need to add an account by clicking on the “+” button. This opens a new tab that prompts you to enter your Twitter username and password. Click Authorize app to login to your account and allow the extension to access your Twitter account. Twic doesn’t have access to your password and you can be sure that your account is secure.
Click on the account you have just added to get a quick preview of recent tweets. To revert back to your list of accounts, click the accounts button. To remove an account, right click on the account icon and click Yes when the program prompts you to indicate whether you want the account removed. The Timeline avatar displays the number of new tweets for the currently logged in account. You can enter a new tweet on the text field at the top of the preview window. To reply to a tweet, click on the reply button at the bottom right of each tweet and retweet using the retweet button.
Twic settings can be accessed by clicking the settings menu. The size of the Twitter icon on your browser can be increased or decreased by selecting the icon size of your choice from the settings tab. Tweets displayed by the extension can be stripped of images by unchecking the Images button and vice versa. You can also choose to allow or deny the extension access your physical location by checking unchecking the Geo info checkbox respectively. You could also choose to include the time the tweet was published or display a link to the tweet by checking the Tweet time and Make a link to Tweet respectively.
