Where this app is different is with the game like approach that it has to workouts. You get rewards for performing workouts on daily basis, and minus points when a workout is missed. There are monthly challenges and you can create an account (Google login) to keep track of all the progress that’s made. Workout include the usual, crunches, situ-ups, push-ups, squats, wall situps, etc.

7 Minute Workout – Weight Loss is a 7 minute workout app geared towards weight loss, it has certain high intensity exercises, to help you lose more calories.
In essence these workouts are again pretty standard. What sets this app apart are great explanations on how each exercise needs to be done and it also has goals and awards to keep you motivated.

The last one I actually kept on my phone and I started using it myself because I like that it keeps workout progress and it keeps you motivated. 7min Full Workout on the other hand is very simple, the complete opposite.
