Here’s a list of 4 similar website finder extensions for Chrome which you can use to easily find websites similar to the ones you’re normally visiting when using Chrome. Checking what kind of similar websites exist out there from time to time can help you find better sources of info that you might not even be aware of. These extensions can help you do that.
Let’s see what’s available in the Chrome Webstore.
Similar Sites by SimilarGroup
Similar Sites will add an icon to the top right corner of the screen from where it will give you a list of similar websites in a drop-down window.
8 similar websites are scooped up from around the web alongside their thumbnails. They are found based on the keywords, meta tags and even the URL of the website that you’re visiting. To open up the list of similar websites, just left click on the top right corner icon.

Google Similar Pages
Google Similar Pages works just like Similar Sites by SimilarGroup, only the website suggestion pop-up looks differently from the pop-up that Similar Sites has (similar websites are showed as a list, instead of a grid).
It is also located in the address bar, not the top right section of the toolbar where extension icons can usually be found. This similar website finder extension is created and distributed by Google, and even though its is still in beta, it worked perfectly fine giving me 8 relevant similar websites in just 1 click.

Related Websites
Related Websites worked a bit erratically (sometimes nonsensical websites were suggested), but for the remainder of the time everything worked OK, without any kind of problems.
It doesn’t have a nicely laid out suggestion list with thumbnails, but it does offer more similar websites than any other extension that I tested. Close to 15 similar websites were being suggested, depending on the site, sometimes it was more, sometimes less.

Similar Sites Pro
Similar Sites Pro is an updated and upgraded version of the Similar Sites extension, the first from the list.
Additional information about found similar websites is available, like Alexa rank (both local and country specific), website category and, of course, website thumbnails are also available. List of similar websites is generated after you left-click on the top right corner icon. To visit a website from the link, just click on its URL.

Conclusion
I have to say that Similar Sites Pro impressed me the most out of all the similar website finder extensions from the list above. It offers precise suggestions and a lot of additional info about the popularity of the websites on the list (Alexa ranks). Similar Sites, the one without Pro in its name is close behind on second place, and Google Similar Pages is on third. Google Similar Page might climb to the top if development continues, remember it is still in beta. Tell me which similar website finder extension you think is best in comments down below.
