How to Add Spotlight, Stickers, and Slow Motion to Sports Videos on iPhone:
Step 1: Simply open up the app and tap the “Punch” icon at the bottom to start editing sports videos. The built-in camera will open up and you can either capture photos, videos or import from your camera roll.
Step 2: After you capture or import a video, you will be able to crop it and merge multiple videos. You can either merge videos or proceed with a single clip. To merge videos, select the option “Add Another” after choosing each video. Then press the Next button to proceed to the editor.
Step 3: In the editor, you will see various options at the bottom such as Slo-Mo, Spotlight, text, Audio, and Stickers. Below the video preview, there will be a trimming tool which can be used to trim video clips. Simply set the start and end point of the clip to trim it.
Step 4: To add slow motion effect to the video clips, select the “Slo-Mo” option and choose the desired speed. The available slow motion speeds are 10%, 25%, and 50% shown with the turtle icon. You will also see two speeds shown with the rabbit icon like 1.5X and 2.0X which can be used to add fast motion to the clips. After selecting a slow or fast speed, hold on the video preview to apply the effect. As long as you keep holding, the slow or fast effect will be applied to the clip for that particular time interval. Once you let go of your finger, the clip speed will go to the normal speed.
Step 5: Another great feature of this app is that it lets you add a moving spotlight into the video clips. For this, simply select the “Spotlight” option and choose the required spotlight size. There are 5 different sizes available for adding a spotlight. Similar to adding slow motion effect, you have to hold your finger on the video preview for adding a spotlight. To move the spotlight, while holding keep moving your finger on the screen.
Step 6: You can also add text, music, and animated or still stickers to all your sports videos. If you wish to edit your photos, then at the first step capture a photo or import from your camera roll. The photo editor lets you apply filters, add text, add card frames, draw, and insert stickers. You can also insert your custom stickers, which means you can add other photos from iPhone library in a photo as stickers.

Personally, I think it “Shnarped” is a pretty cool app for editing videos. As per the developers, it is a sports video editor, but that doesn’t mean you can’t edit the other videos. It is a complete package of editing tools, as it lets you edit videos as well as photos with ease. The best part of this app is that you can add a spotlight and apply slow/fast motion to the videos. The additional features include video trimming, merge multiple videos, add text, insert stickers and much more. I hope you will like this app.
