oldweb.today is a free website to view old versions of websites in a browser emulator. You need to first enter the address of some website, a specific date, and select a particular browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, Netscape, etc.). After this, it generates the result and the emulator shows the version of that particular website for the specified date. It’s a good way to check if a website is changed since past or not.
The website actually uses different public web archives (like Archive-It, Internet Archive, etc.). So there are chances that you will be able to see the old version of a website for almost any date. The emulator also works well and lets you scroll down the webpage screenshot to see all the content.
Above you can see the old and new look of our website.
Note: The website generates a 10 minutes session to let you look for the old versions of websites. Once the session is expired, you have to generate another session.
Also, check these free websites to find historical maps.
