Wedgies is a free service that helps to create a poll online and share it with people. People can vote on your poll and you can find the result percentage. Created poll can be shared on your Twitter and Facebook timeline, or you can embed the code on your own webpage. Users can click on the posted link to submit their votes. Apart from this, Wedgies is now integrated with Tumblr (microbloggging and social networking site). That means, you can share poll on your Tumblr account, and your Tumblr followers can directly vote from their Tumblr dashboard.
By creating a free account, you can post unlimited polls with unlimited votes. For each poll, maximum 5 options (or you can say answers) can be set by you. But poll page views per month is limited to 10000. You don’t need to be too creative to create a poll. Any query answer or suggestion you want from others can be a part of your poll.

How To Create a Poll Using This Free Service?
The very first thing you need to do is create a free account on Wedgies. For this, you need to go to homepage of Wedgies and sign up using your Twitter or Facebook account.
After completing the sign up process, you will come to the dashboard of your Wedgies account. Dashboard helps to create a poll and keep record of other tasks. Tasks such as: total questions asked by you, total votes, and total shares of your polls. If there is a huge list of polls on your account, then you can even search for a particular poll or can sort polls by recent added polls and total votes.
Create A Poll and Share It!
To create a poll, use the button present on your dashboard account. Now you need to add a question and options for that question to create your own poll. For a question, you can add upto 100 characters, and for each option you can add 25 characters. Interesting part while creating a poll is that you can add image to your poll as well. Jpg, Png, and animated gif image can be added to your poll.
Image can be added from PC or using your Dropbox, Facebook account. If you want to use your Facebook or Dropbox account, you need to sign in and give authorization to upload image from your account to your poll.
After setting up question and options, you can tap on Create A Poll button. Now your poll will be created. Created poll can be shared to your Twitter/Facebook/Tumblr account. For this, you can use buttons associated for each account.
If you need, you can manually copy poll URL from address bar, and can email to required recipients. Similarly, you can create more polls. Each created poll can be edited and viewed anytime using dashboard.
When users will click on the poll link shared by you. They will be directed to a new webpage. Tumblr users can directly vote to your poll from their dashboard, as Wedgies is integrated with Tumblr. I wish it would be integrated with other social networks as well. On the new webpage, users will find your poll questions and options set by you.
To vote on your poll, people can click on any option, and their vote will be submitted. User can change his/her vote anytime as well, it’s not as strict as Elections voting. Each user can also view results till last updated vote and can share your poll further to their social networking account.
Conclusion:
Wedgies is beneficial as well as interesting service to create polls. Even with free account, you can set unlimited questions with unlimited votes. It is good to use and helpful to get response from people about a particular thing. However, people can vote only for preset options. There is no way to add users own option or their suggestion. So you should set up a poll question in which you want reply only in favor or against of options.
