This worked with my Windows 10 computer! As a joke, I’d changed my system fonts to Wingdings after also downloading a registry editor to reverse the changes, and as you can expect now, the reversion did not go as planned. I remember using this program a long time ago and redownloaded it to find that, despite all other methods i tried to change my font back, this was the only one that worked! Thank you for helping me change my font back! Great program, great interface, 1010. Fixed my damn computer.

Oh, thank you very much, Nino. I had posted the question in like 6 different forums, and this is the first answer! Winaero Tweaker seems to be able to change the fonts like a charm. There are some issues (the most important one being the font changes getting lost on a logoff-logon), but I have sent a message to the author of the program, and hopefully there might be a resolution to those (I can report back if there is any interest). Thanks again, really appreciate.

Try Winaero Tweaker. It has almost the same options in the “Advanced appearance” section and it is freeware.

Windows 8 Font Changer was a great app. I now updated to Windows 10, and of course it doesn’t work to change fonts. Anyone know if there are any plans to put together a similar one for Windows 10? Thanks.
