It would have been great if a basic chat had been integrated in this.

I really like this collaboration feature, but it can be improved further. The collaboration must be in real-time. Also, there should be some chat option available to make collaboration better. Overall, this application is better than many others and gives a tough competition to other Canva alternatives. I can definitely recommend it. There are plenty of free templates, fonts, images, and other options available. The limitations in free plan won’t stop you from making a good design.
