Zoho Inventory Stock Tracking App is available on the Google Play Store for free. You can get the latest version of the app for your Android device from there. Currently, it is available for Android devices only; there is no word on the iOS release yet. When you open the app for the first time, it asks you log in with your Zoho account along with options to sign up and to start with your Google account instead.
The homepage of the app shows the sales activity covering stock information and inventory summary. You can jump between different items from the hamburger menu which includes Stock items, Customers, Sales Orders, Packages, Invoices, Sales Returns, Vendors, Purchase Orders, and Bills.
Managing the inventory is simple with this app. You can easily add new customers, items, sale and purchase orders, invoices, and bills. All you have to do is tap on the new entry and select the respective options.
This brings the respective form where you can fill the required information. For example, you can add your services or goods as new items with name, label, SKU, unit, tax, sale information, and more. Similarly, you can add customers and vendors and create bills and invoices.
One of the main highlights of this app is that it works in offline mode. The app does sync the data with your Zoho account but you can still add items and record transactions, etc even without an internet connection. All this data will be synced when you have an active internet connection.
