ASAP54 is a free iPhone lifestyle app which lets you search for the fashion items by uploading photos.
You can search for the items across different categories which further includes sub-categories for more precise searching. Some of the available categories are: T-shirts, Shirts, Jackets, Coats, Suits, Tops, Dresses, etc.
It means if you are looking for some item with specific color or design, then you just need to upload a photo containing the same color or design and the app will show you all the items matching with it.
Besides this, you can follow other users, like and comment on their searches, add accessories to wish lists, and buy the accessories directly from the app.
Using This iPhone Lifestyle App:
If you want to use this app, then you can download it either by searching on the iTunes App Store or by clicking on the link given at end of this review. You have to register with the app to use it. After signing up, the app suggests you some users which you can follow. Select some users to follow and then you will be taken to the home screen of the app.
The home screen of the app has 5 options: Home, Explore, ASAP, Notifications, and More.
If you want to search for any fashion item, then tap on the ASAP option. It is the icon at the center of all the options labeled with a “A” letter icon.
It will open up your iPhone’s camera. Upload a new or existing photo which is depicting the same characteristics like the color/design/pattern/texture or anything similar to the item for which you want to search.
Now, crop the photo in such a way that all the irrelevant things are ignored in the cropped photo. You only need to crop that part of photo which is depicting the characteristics, of the fashion item, you want to search.
Select the appropriate category followed by the sub-category related to the fashion item. On the next screen, the app will display the search results depending upon the category and sub-category chosen by you.
If you want to filter the search results, then you can do so by tapping the orange color label at the bottom right corner. Here, you can filter the results by choosing the budget and color for the fashion accessory.
If you want to buy any item from the shown search results, then tap on the item which you like. You can check the price, brand, and summary about it. Tap on Shop button to go to the website of the store selling it. The URL of the store will open in your browser, you can’t purchase it from within the app.
