How it Works:
1. Click on this link to install ReplaiGPT and launch it from the Extensions menu.
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right of the windows and then click on the button ‘OpenAI API Key Input’.
3. Paste your OpenAI API key and click on ‘Save API Key’. Click here to get a free OpenAI API key in case you do not have one.
4. The next step is to create predefined contexts that can be used in generating replies to emails. You must remember that your context should carry specific information about you or your business that can be used by ChatGPT to create a standardized & custom email reply for you.
5. For this, assign a name to the Context, input its Content, choose the Language from the drop-down list, and click on the ‘Add’ button.
6. Now, navigate to the email for which you wish to generate a reply. Run ReplaiGPT, choose the context you created earlier and click the ‘Generate’ Button.
7. Wait for a few seconds while ReplaiGPT generates the reply for you based on the context. You can then paste the reply in GMail, modify it as required and click on the ‘Send’ button to send it to the recipient.
The free version of ReplaiGPT allows you to add only one context. You can subscribe to their paid version and obtain a License Key to add unlimited contexts.
