PIP Video uses Chrome Panels, and since Chrome panels are not enabled by default, so you need to manually enable the Chrome Panels. This can be done by typing or pasting “chrome://flags/#enable-panels” in a new tab in Chrome and then choose Enable from the first drop-down, then select Relaunch Now.
Once the Chrome panels are enabled, you can simply open a website with video and look for an icon on the top left side of the video. On selecting that icon that video will will instantly open in a docked PIP panel. You can resize the PIP panel by dragging its corner or choosing from default sizes by clicking on PIP Video icon in toolbar.
Important Points:
- Always wait for the web page to completely load for the icon to appear.
- Try not to detach PIP panel from the bottom of the screen, as it will hide the panel behind any active window.
- It is mentioned in the home page of this extension that its future version will allow users to disable this extension for pre-selected websites by them.

PIP Video fulfills your need to watch your favorite online videos while working on your computer. For me, the best thing about this extension is that it allowed me to resize the PIP panel according to my need.
