Baseboard.ai is an AI-powered data visualization platform that enables you to upload CSV files and automatically generate beautiful interactive dashboards that you can share with others. It allows a hassle-free exploration of your data and makes it easy for you to transform it into actionable insights.
All that you are required to do is upload your CSV data and sit back and relax while Baseboard.ai magically converts it into amazing dashboards. You must ensure that the file contains headers and that the column names should be descriptive.
Working:
1. Click on this link to navigate to Baseboard.ai and click on ‘Try now’. You are not required to sign up or register for a free account to use this tool.
2. Drag and drop your CSV file on to the grey box on the page or click on any sample data.
3. Wait for some time while Baseboard.ai analyses the data in the file and displays it on the screen.
4. You can edit the Label and Description values if required by clicking on the corresponding ‘pen’ icon.
5. After you have finished making any changes to the Label values and Description, just type the purpose of the Data and the Visualization and click on ‘Generate’.
6. Wait for some time while Baseboard.ai processes the data and displays the Dashboard on the screen.
7. Observe the filters that are automatically created at the top of the dashboard. You can use them to filter the data by any of the required fields.
8. You can hover your mouse over any of the charts to get more information about a certain parameter or field.
9. To share the Dashboard, just click on the corresponding link at the top right of the page and the weblink (URL) will be copied to the clipboard that you can share with whomever you desire.
10. You can right click on any of the chart in the dashboard and choose ‘Save image as’ to download it to your system. Unfortunately, there is no way you can export the entire dashboard as an image or in PDF format.
