KeySurf is a free mouse control software that lets you browse web without using mouse. You can use your keyboard to select any button or link, and browse web effectively. KeySurf is specially created for people with disabilities.
There are many other mouse control software, like, MouseFigher, and Camera Mouse. However, these mouse control software are not very efficient while surfing the web. Surfing the web is more difficult to do with a keyboard, as compared to running any other program via keyboard. This is because all the web pages are optimized to work with a mouse.
This is where KeySurf comes handy. It lets you select any link on a web page by just typing first few characters of that link. KeySurf will highlight that link, and then you can click it with your keyboard.
KeySurf is in beta phase at time of writing of this article. It works with most of the websites, but does not works well with email website. That is probably because web-based email clients are becoming more complex, and concept of simple links does not really applies to them.
Nevertheless, KeySurf team is still working on improving it further to support even more websites.
