Reedit is a free web-based Reddit client that lets you conveniently read posts from your favorite subreddits on Reddit. It’s a simple and minimalistic “read-only” client for Reddit that offers a user-friendly environment to view popular posts on Reddit. Reedit is extremely flexible, and is available in three different layouts for mobile, desktop, and tablet devices.
Reddit is probably one the most popular news and entertainment website, though it’s always been criticized for its ugly UI design. Reedit attempts to overcome these flaws and provides a well-organized layout to make it easier for you to browse, open, or read Reddit contents.
Reedit works properly on most modern browsers (Google Chrome and Apple Safari) and can be accessed using the link given at the end of this article. Once you reach there, you can browse subreddits and view posts/links and comments in a user-friendly environment.
Browse Subreddits and Read Posts on Reedit:
The main focus of the app simply goes to its user-interface. It is divided into three sections: the left part nicely lists all the subreddits, the center part displays latest posts under the chosen subreddit, and the right part displays information on the selected post, including pictures, videos, and comments.
So now you can easily browse for posts in different subreddits and read them side by side, without having to divert from the page you are on. Apart from that, Reedit allows you to create custom channels, grouping upto 3 subreddits together so that you can browse their posts in a single view.

The Final Verdict:
Reedit is a nice free web-based client for Reddit that provides a convenient environment to browse subreddits and read popular Reddit posts. Though it’s nice and simple, it still seems to be incomplete.
First of all it doesn’t show any up or down vote count for the posts. Secondly, it doesn’t work properly on Firefox or IE. And last but not the least, it’s just “Read-Only”, and hence doesn’t allow you to make comments or reply to the ones made by other Redditors.
However, if you just want to read posts on Reddit, Reedit comes handy to cater your needs in a user-friendly way. Check it out now and share your view on it via comments.
