For each property, it will also give details like foreclosure price, estimated price at which the property will sell in foreclosure, and estimated market value of the property. It shows property photos, details of the property (rooms, area, year built, etc.), and foreclosed information. This really should be your starting point if you are indeed looking for foreclosed properties.

You can create a free account after which a lot of properties can be viewed by you. The website also has a Homes by E-mail service. You can sign up for it after which the website will inform you about foreclosure properties through email. It tries to make sure that you do not lose out on hottest deals in the market.

Free Foreclosure Database is an absolutely free website to view foreclosures online. It does not even require you to sign up and you can directly view foreclosure properties. Simply type the location on the homepage and look at different properties in that region. The best thing about this website is that it provides you important details about the property. You get to know the street address, agent name & contact number, through which you can get in touch to buy the property.

Another great source to buy cheap properties is US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD.GOV). It does not lists foreclosure properties. Instead, it lists properties that are under sale by different federal departments. This is a government maintained website that lists all the properties on sale from different government agencies. These properties are very good alternative to foreclosure properties and you should definitely check them out in your search for properties. You can view properties from HUD, Customs, Agricultural department, and many more government agencies. Another good thing about this website is that it offers a wide range of properties (single room flats, double room flats, etc.) and has special discount schemes going on from time to time. So, go ahead and have a look.
