You can download the Logo Making Kit app either by searching on the iTunes App Store or by clicking on the link given at the end of this review. The app opens up with a blank white screen and options for creating the logo. The app has all the options aligned in the left side in the form of a sidebar. There are a total of 4 options for you: New, Place, Tools, and Share.
Tap on the New option to start a new project. You can choose from any or all from Text, Object, Image, Web, and Dropbox to begin making your logo. Select the option which best suites your requirement and business goals. The Web and Dropbox options lets you download the images from the internet while Image option is for importing the photo from your own collection. If you want to use any of the app’s default image then tap on Object.
After you have imported the image, you can add text to it if you want. The text can be anything like your Company’s name, Motto or your Tag Line. The app also lets you to add text even before importing image. Its all up to you that whether you want import first, image or text. When you have added the text, then you can set the font size, font style, and font color. You can also add effects to the text like shadow, glow, image, gradient, and outline. After finishing these things, tap on the tick mark icon at top right corner to save it.
If you want to change the position of any image, text or anything in your logo then tap on Place option. It provides you with two more options: Front and Back. These option lets you set that which object, image, or text should come in front or back side of other. This tool helps you in giving a little more professional look to your logo.
Then comes the turn of Tools option. You can check the Preview of your logo from here. It gives you an idea that how your logo will look when it will be seen by others. In preview option, you can check the preview in 3 different angles. If you didn’t like the logo or you want to start from the beginning then you can use Clear All tool from this option.
Now, it looks like that you might have made one or two logos for yourself. So, its time to save them for your future use. Tap on Library option to save it as an image. You can also share it using any or all 4 sharing mediums: SMS, Dropbox, email, and Facebook.
