Using it you can erase a specific part of the drawing rather than erasing the complete drawing, which is the case with many drawing apps. However the app does lack the zoom buttons. Because they can really help you to give lot more details in the drawing. Still the app is pretty good for scribbling and to draw something quickly.
Once you have drawn what you wanted, then you can save the file directly to SkyDrive or locally in your Windows 8 devices. The integration with SkyDrive works well.
