This tool estimates the home values based on the recently sold nearby homes and homes that are currently available for sale. So you get two possible values for your home to give you a good idea about what should be the price of your home if you need to sell it. Apart from this, you can also refine the search by excluding dissimilar homes, by size, etc.
You just need to enter the address of your home and square feet area to get the estimated values.
Above you can see the values of a home based on the last 10 sold and pending/active listings.

How To Get The Estimated Home Values In Washington State Using Pricepoint?
Use this link to open the homepage of Pricepoint tool. You will see a pop-up, like visible in the screenshot below. Using this pop-up, you will be able to enter the address of your home, and square footage.
Now click the START PRICING button and the result will be in front of you. The right section will show you the estimated values based on last 10 sold listings and active/pending listings. You can also see the price per square foot and price distribution.
If you want, you can also use Refine option to filter the result. You can adjust finished size for homes, the number of listings (sold and active homes) to show, and the number of months or years to include sales.
Rest of the section lets you show the details related to sold and active homes. The upper section shows a map to see the home preview and locations of rest of the homes available in the listing. The lower section shows the address, price, square foot, number of beds, baths, status, and option to exclude active and sold homes.
