Turbo.art is a free AI-powered online platform that you can use to explore the real-time image generation, editing and enhancement capabilities of SDXL Turbo. SDXL Turbo (Stable Diffusion XL Turbo) is a text-to-image model that has been developed by Stability AI research team and is based on Stable Diffusion XL model. It employs a technology known as Adversarial Diffusion Distillation (ADD) to achieve real-time text-to-image generation, synthesizing images in a single step.
All that you need to do is upload an image from your computer, input the natural language text prompt and you will notice that the platform automatically generates various iterations based on a combination of the reference image and the text prompt. The app is completely serverless and is based on Modal which is a platform that help developers run and deploy machine learning models and compute jobs, web apps and more.
How it Works:
1. Click on this link to navigate to Turbo.art. You are not required to register or sign up for a free account to use this platform.
2. Click on the ‘Upload Image’ button and upload an image from your system in any of the popular image formats. Alternatively, you can click on any of the sample images to quickly try out the product.
3. Input the text prompt in natural language to describe / iterate the image that you wish to generate. You must ensure that the prompt is as descriptive as possible to get the best results. Notice that the output image will be generated and shown in real time in the Output panel.
4. If required, you can use the toolbar to the right of the Canvas to draw on the image with different colors and stroke types and generate further iterations in real-time.
5. Furthermore, you can click on the ‘Enhance’ button to the right of the Output image if you wish to enhance it.
6. To download the output image in JPG format, click on the ‘Download’ button.
