Jodel is a free Android social app to post photos and texts anonymously. You can post about anything, any topic. The app doesn’t display anything about you, except your location. The app is basically like a community, which lets you share and read posts of people nearby you. In the case there are not new posts nearby you, then app displays posts from other locations.
While reading posts of others, you can upvote/downvote them based on your choice and also comment on them. Similarly, other users can also do the same thing to your posts. For each action performed by you while using the app, Jodel rewards you with Karma Points, which display that you are an experienced user of the app. The app lets you filter Jodels by Newest Jodels, Top Jodels, and Most Discussed Jodels nearby you.
Using this Free Android Social App to Post Photos, Text Anonymously:
Since Jodel app lets you do everything anonymously, it means that you don’t have to sign-up with the app. The app requires Location settings to be turned ON for using it, as it displays posts to you from location near to you. When locations setting is enabled, tap on Get Started to proceed.
On tapping the option, you will see the home screen of Jodel with latest posts around your location. If there are no posts from around you, then you will see the posts from other locations. You can scroll the screen to go through all the posts. Each of the post in Jodel app is known as a Jodel. Each of the Jodel has one upside and one downside arrow. These arrows are basically to upvote and downvote Jodels.
You have to tap on + icon to post your own Jodel (post). You can post a Jodel either as a simple text or simple photo. The interface for sending a Jodel is shown below.
If you want to post a reply or read replies of others on any Jodel, then you simply need to tap on the Jodel. You will see the interface shown below. The option for posting a reply is at the bottom of the screen.
The other options of Jodel app can be accessed by tapping on three bar icon at top left corner. These options are: My Jodels, My Replies, My Votes, My Top Jodels, Newest Jodels, Top Jodels, and Most Discussed Jodels. Choose the option of your choice to see relevant Jodels.

Jodel is an Android social app with the unique concept to post photos, text anonymously. The app looks promising, but its still in its early days. The user base is less, but it can prove to be good entertaining app if it gets a fair amount of users from different parts of the world. Do give it a try.
