SeatGeek Tickets is a free iPad ticket booking app for concerts and sports events. The app includes almost all the concerts and events which you can track and follow on the basis of location. The app displays all the events including information, like: ticket price, venue, ticket provider, and best deal price. It even displays the seller fees, shipping charge and any other additional charge that may be added to ticket’s original price.
The cool thing is that this app shows an interactive seating chart of the venue using which you can check the price of the ticket for specific area of that venue.
You can also choose to follow your favorite artists, events, venues to stay updated about any event that might happen in the future. If there’s any event in which you are interested, but want to buy tickets later, then you can also add it to favorites.
Using this iPad Ticket Booking App for Concerts, Sports Events:
On launching the SeatGeek iPad app, it will automatically detect your location. However, you can also change the location as per your preference to check events of any particular location. After choosing the location, you will see the interface shown below.
From here, you can check the event name, date of event, ticket starting price, time of the event, and the venue for the event. There is also a heart shaped icon which you can use to mark any event as favorite. Tapping on any event will take you to its details page.
From the details page, you can check all the events related to that particular event which will take place on different dates and timings. For all those events, you can check the starting ticket price and all other details like date, time, etc..
Tap on any of those events to see the interactive seat graph for checking ticket price. You can pinch and zoom the graph and tap on different sections to see the ticket price for that particular section.
This way, you can browse all the events and check the seating graph for the one in which you are interested.
Other options of the app are: My Events, Search, and My Performers.
- My Events: This options includes all those events which have been marked favorite by you.
- Search: Use this option to search for any particular performer, event or venue. The app displays all possible search results for you to check.
- My Performers: This option displays all those performers which you are following. You can find performers to follow by searching for them using the search option.
When you search for any performer using the search option, the app displays info about that performer, all possible future events related to that event, and also suggests similar artists to follow.
