Splashy Fish is a free iPhone game which is a yet another alternative for Flappy Bird. This game is developed to fill the void created by the removal of Flappy Bird from the iTunes App Store. The game is about a Red fish which has to go through various obstacles in order to keep swimming. You need to keep tapping on the screen to make fish swim.
There are some more alternatives available for the game on iPhone. I have already written an article covering the 5 alternatives for Flappy Bird on iPhone. But if you want something other than a flapping bird, then try out this fish.
Game Play Of This iPhone Alternative For Flappy Bird:
When I came across this game, while surfing through the iTunes App Store, the first thing that came to my mind was that Ohh God, Yet another alternative for Flappy Bird. But due to my addictiveness to Flappy Bird, I couldn’t stop myself from installing and playing this game. Thankfully, it turned out to be pretty good.
The game is completely designed with Retro looks and graphics. It gives you the real feel of playing Flappy Bird on iPhone; the only difference is that you have to make a Red fish swim by tapping on the screen, instead of making a bird to fly. As you make the fish swim, you will see the Yellow colored pillars which will obstruct your way. You have to pass them without hitting them, otherwise the fish will drown.
While you are saving the fish from getting drowned, you also have to collect the treasures hidden in the sea. So, all these things, like making fish to swim, saving it from hitting pillars, and finding the treasures make it a nice game. The game becomes quite interesting and will keep you hooked for a long time.
Besides this, the game also syncs with your Game Center’s account. It means, you can compete with your friends and other players from the world to get the highest score, thus making the competition even more tough.
