To the left side of the interface, it displays a tool bar, that comprises of all the editing tools, such as: Pan, Zoom, Selection, Magic Wand, Air brush, Effect brush, Clone brush, Dropper, Eraser, and many more. To the Right side of the interface, it displays Palette, Brushes, Layers, and many more.
You can also perform actions, like: crop, cut, copy, paste, zoom In/Out, Edit mask, Edit Image, and much more.
