All that you need to do is enter the URL of the page and a full webpage screenshot is generated. You can also create screenshots of live webpages for archiving along with the name of the screenshot, date of creation, website address etc. for later use.
Once the pages are captured, you can annotate them in batches with tools such as lines, brushes, arrows, text and more and download them to your system in JPG, PNG or PDF format or share them with others using a weblink. How it Works:
1. Click on this link to navigate to Gemoo Landing Page capture and annotation tool. You do not require to register or sign up for an account to use this product.
2. Click on ‘Capture Landing Pages’, choose the layout of the webpage such as Desktop or Mobile, type / paste the URL of the webpage that you need to capture and click on the ‘Capture’ button.
3. Wait for some time while Gemoo captures the page and displays it on the screen. You can clearly view the Name, URL, and Date created at the top left of the screenshot. The screenshots are saved automatically once you capture them.
4. To toggle between the original screenshot and the device mockup, you can click on the relevant buttons at the top of the screen.
5. You can click on the buttons at the top right of the screen to download the screenshot, copy to the clipboard, or copy the weblink and share it with anyone you like.
6. To annotate the screenshots that you have taken, return to the main page of the Gemoo capture and annotation tool, click on the button ‘Upload captures to annotate’ and drag and drop the screenshot on to the page. This takes you to the Image Annotation tool.
7. You can use the individual tools at the top of the page such as Rectangle, Circle, Arrow, Text, Mosaic, Brush and more to perform any annotation that you desire. Click on ‘Add Image’ at the top right to upload an image from your system to be inserted in the screenshot. Make sure to click on the ‘Save’ button at the top to save the screenshot in Gemoo.
8. Like earlier, you can click on any of the corresponding buttons at the top right to download the screenshot, copy it to the clipboard, or copy its weblink and share it with others.
9. To add Notes, click on the ‘Callout’ icon in the toolbar, choose the location on the screenshot, type the Note and click on ‘Send’ to save it.
10. Users with whom you have shared the screenshot can also add their own notes. All the notes can be accessed in a panel on the right by clicking on the ‘Notes’ link.
