On its invoice template, each individual field is editable. You only need to click on a particular field and it will turn into Yellow color. This means you can now edit that particular field. Just enter needed details and done! That particular field will be saved automatically with the new changes.
On the bottom part of the invoice template, you can add an item description, with quantity and price. By default, 8 rows are available to insert item details. However, you can delete unwanted rows, and can insert more rows as well.
In the similar way, you can edit the other field to prepare your own invoice.
After performing all the changes, you can check if all the fields are properly edited or not. Finally, you can download the invoice to PC as PDF file.

But what I did like in this is its simplicity. Anytime you need to generate a simple invoice, just go to the website and edit the template quickly. I do wish it had some more options, like option to add images, and option to download invoice as a Word doc (for further editing).
