Simple.Team is a free online application for design and development and a perfect alternative to Trello. It is a simple application that lets you easily create as many projects as you want and invite others to collaborate. You can communicate expressive progress at a quick glance over all your projects. Assign priority to your projects for your team in order to get relevant info for accomplishment. It lets you add cards within projects and assemble them into a list in order to sort them with progress stage or impact. These cards can help you check out issues, sections of your project where the team is working properly, etc. Ultimately, it is a useful tool to bring your team in one single platform for design and development.

How to Create Projects with Crads and Invite Others to Join:
Step 1: Go to the homepage of “Simple.Team” and register yourself to start creating projects and collaboration with a team.
Step 2: Go to the “Projects” tab and click the “Create Project” button to create a new project. After creating a project, you will be able to add cards within it.
Step 3: After adding a new card, simply browse it to add a description, add subtasks, attach files (PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc.), add a comment, define stage (open, in progress, or closed), adjust impact, assign users, and add tags.
Step 4: Click the “Conversations’ tab at the top to start a new discussion using the rich text editor. You can add team members to the discussion and they can reply to the conversation or star it for indicating it as important.
Step 5: In order to create a new team, click the hamburger icon at the top right corner and go to “Teams” option. After that, click the “Users” button to invite others to join your team via email.

Simple.Team is quite an interesting online application for design and development with a team. Create projects and add cards for assigning them to different team members.
