This article explains a simple method to check 301 and 302 redirects in bulk. A redirect basically means that a webpage is moved to another URL from its original URL. Hence, the redirect sends the visitors as well as search engines to the redirected URL from the requested one. There are three types of redirects:
301 Redirect: Permanent Redirect
302 Redirect: Temporary Redirect
Meta Refresh: Page Level Redirect (e.g. “If you are not redirected in five seconds, click here.”)

To bulk check 301 and 302 redirects, first, install HEADMasterSEO software and then lists all the URLs which you want to check. If you have to check hundreds of URLs, I recommend you to save them in a text file in sets of 500. Once you have the list of the URLs that you want to check, open the HEADMasterSEO and click the Check URLs button from the top menubar. This button shows you all the options you can use to add URLs for bulk checking. If you saved you URLs to a file, go with the first option to load the URLs from a file otherwise choose other import option accordingly.
As soon as you load the URLs, it instantly starts checking them one by one. By default, it performs a regular check covering type, status, size, response time, etc. For redirect check, you have to choose the redirect type. From the dropdown, select 301 or 302 redirects to check the respective redirects. Both these redirects cover redirect type, status Code, Status, Size, Response Time, X-Robots-tags, Vary, Redirect to Final URL, Number of Redirects, and Link Headers.
