RUbotted works in the background and checks for any bot activity on your computer. Once RUbotted detected a suspicious behavior, it will immediately notify you so that you can take the appropriate action.
In order to run RUbotted, your computer must be connected to the internet. If the computer is connected to the internet via a home local area network, it will automatically use the current network settings. If you want to connect to the internet through a proxy server, click on Settings on the main screen of RUbotted to configure the settings for the new proxy server.
If RUbotted detects a bot, it will attempt to notify you through the system tray icon. Due to the fact that bots are computer worm, you should perform scan and remove them with an efficient antivirus program.
