Quick Defrag is a portable disk defragmenter software that helps to scan PC hard drive and automatically defrag it to provide you a healthy hard drive. You can either directly start defragmentation process or can first scan a hard drive to find out fragmentation percentage.
Hard drives defragmentation is necessary to place same data together in contiguous regions as well as to create large segments of free space. This will help to make your hard drive work more efficiently and make your PC a bit fast than usual. Quick Defrag is helpful to easily defrag hard drives. No complicated process or technical knowledge is required, so it is useful for all users.

How To Use This Disk Defragmenter Freeware?
You first have to download its executable file which is less than 1 MB. Use the download link available at the end of this review. As it is a portable software, so simply double-click its application file, and its interface will open up.
Its modern interface provides Drive option to select your PC hard drive for performing a task. Task such as: scan a hard drive, directly defragment a hard drive, get information (total space, free space, etc.) about hard drives, and schedule a hard drive for defragmentation can be performed. To select any of these tasks, you can use Options available on its main interface. Defrag in background option is also available that might be used to perform task in system tray. But it didn’t work in my case. However, you can minimize its interface to Windows taskbar.
After selecting a task, it will perform that task immediately. For example, if scan task is started by you, then it will start scanning selected hard drive and show you fragmentation percentage and fragments, after completing the scanning.
If fragmentation percentage is higher, then you can start defragmentation process. When the defragmentation will complete, you can again scan the drive to find out whether that drive was properly defragmented or not.

Quick Defrag is quite easy to use and beneficial for novice as well as pro users. Although it doesn’t provide any graphical interface to show you fragmented areas of your hard drive and final layout of defragmented hard disk, but it does its work properly. So you can try it.
