It uses Live Coin Watch as a source to fetch cryptocurrency prices and you can see them in USD and sort the list as well.
From the Settings section, you can tweak the UI settings and account settings of your Telegram account. You can set a profile picture, set a bio, and handle other privacy settings. Also, from the settings section, you can turn on the night mode if you want to.
