Snapchat photo filters have become crazy popular among users and we see almost everyone using them. Almost all photos I come across have some Snapchat filter applied to them. The filters no doubt are funny and cute. Applying them to photos does make them look good. So I was wondering if there are any apps that provide Snapchat like filters which could be applied to your existing photos on your computer. Well I was able to find a few of them, with different option to get similar filters for your photos.
Let’s look at these Snapchat like photo filter apps for your Windows 10 device.
Snap Insta Stickers
Snap Insta Stickers app lets you create Snapchat like filters for your photos. I doesn’t offer you exactly the same filters, but instead it offers you stickers. The stickers can be applied to your existing photos to give a Snapchat filter like effect. As can be seen in the screenshot above, I have applied stickers to a photo to make it look like a Snapchat photo filter. When you start the app, you get 3 options to click a photo using your device camera, pick a existing photo from the photo gallery, and insta snap. Go to the insta snap option and browse your gallery to select a photo. Once selected, click the accept button on the bottom right side. After that you get many options for your photo like tools, filters, background, crop, blur, etc. The one you need is the stickers option, select it and all the stickers available will open up. From here you can apply sticker to your photo to make them appear as Snapchat photo filters. The stickers can be resized and rotated to fit the photo. You can also use the other options to further edit your photo is you like. Click the save button given at the bottom left corner to save your edited photo to your computer. The photo will be saved in BMP format.
Snap Photo Filters & Stickers
Snap Photo Filters & Stickers is another app which can be used to create Snapchat like photo filter effects. This app also offers you stickers which can be applied to your existing photos to make them look like Snapchat filters. When you start the app you will be asked to either select a photo from your photo gallery or take one using your devices camera. Select a photo from your gallery and it will open up with lots of editing options. Select the option which says, Snap Photo, right in the center of the screen. This will give you options like adding eyes, ears, mouth, or funny stickers. You will find most of these options are locked and are available with the paid version only. The options which are available in the free version are the some eyes and in the mix section. From these two sections you can select stickers to be applied to your photos to make them look like Snapchat photos. The stickers that you apply can easily be resized and rotated to fit your photos properly. You have the save option given at the bottom right of the app windows, which can be used to save the edited photo to your device. The photo will be saved in BMP format.

Snap Face Maker
Snap Face Maker also lets you assemble a Snapchat filter resembling look. When you start the app you will be asked to select a photo either from your photo gallery or you can even take one using your devices camera. After selecting a photo, you get a lot of editing options like adjust brightness, hue, saturation, contrast, apply borders, filters, etc. Apart from these options there are stickers which can be used to make your photos look like Snapchat filter photos. You can add stickers, crowns, glasses, masks, etc. The above screenshot shows you a photo with some of the stickers applied on it. Once you are done with the editing, right click on the screen and an additional yellow colored toolbar will pop up from the bottom. This toolbar will have option to save and share your edited photo. The edited photo can be saved on your device in BMP format.
Color Touch Effects Photo Editor
Color Touch Effects Photo Editor also lets you apply stickers to your photos to make them look like Snapchat photo filters. This app is more focused on photo editing and these stickers are a part of the editor. When you start this app you will get option to click a photo using the camera or upload a existing one from your photo gallery. After this you will be shown many editing options. You have to select stickers for the effects that you are looking for. From this option you will get options which can be applied to your photos. You can apply various eyes, ears, crowns, nose, etc. to make your photos looks funny or cute. The photo can be saved in BMP format to your computer or device. They can also be easily shared with your friends using the app.
