It takes a few seconds to install, and soon after installation, the main interface appears on the desktop screen. At the top, it provides options used to add or remove image.
Using the “Add Image Files” option, you can add multiple images of various images formats, simultaneously. Then further, you can adjust the width and the height of the output GIF file. You can lock the scale of the image so that you don’t have to customize the dimensions again and again. Then you can adjust the delay time of the frames in msec.

The only plus point of this free GIF conversion tool is that, it supports all popular image formats. Despite of that, absence of transition effects makes this freeware a bit less useful.
If you need to create just a basic animated gif, this is worth a try.
