Portable Update is a free portable updater for Windows which allows you to update Windows systems which are not connected to the internet. It updates them by first downloading updates to a USB flash drive on a computer that has internet access. Downloaded updates are then simply carried to the Windows PC that needs to be updated where you can use Portable Update to install updates that are missing.

How to update Windows without Internet access using Portable Update free portable updater for Windows
When you run Portable Update, it needs to download a couple of additional components in order to work. Run it from a USB drive on a computer with web access.
Once the initial download finishes, you should see the main interface, the one seen on the image above. Click on the Search tab and then on Start in the top right corner. Portable Update will search for available updates for you to download.
Search will find all the available updates for the system where you run Portable Update. Note that you can run Search even if you are not connected to the internet, in fact you have to. It will create a list of necessary updates on the offline computer, put that list into config files on USB flash drive after which you just have to run the program on another computer with web access and download the updates, which can be seen on the image above.
Updates are downloaded in a special Cache folder inside the Portable Update directory. You have to perform another search using the Search tab so that the downloaded updates become available in the Install tab from where you can install them by putting check marks next to them and clicking Start in the top right corner.
