Verdict:
Movie Guide for Windows 8 is a good app. It has a really large database of movies. The app includes a huge list of new and old movies (around 67,000 when I tested it). The application is good on the information part but lacks many features and it feels like a totally basic application.
One of the most basic feature that Movie Guide lacks is the ability to write users reviews; there is no such option available in this application. The application also some time not bring up all the information, sometime it cannot bring up the whole details about movie. I know the Application is new and is in the phase of being developed but I hope the developer adds more features to this nice movie app for Windows 8.
