Word Connection is a free Windows 10 word puzzle game app. This word puzzle game app gives you the first and last word of the puzzle for free. Your goal is to figure out the words that connect the two words given by guessing the words in between them. The game has more than 400 levels to play. You have to clear a level to start with the new level.
The Windows 10 word puzzle app can be downloaded from the Windows 10 store or from the link given at the end of this article. When you start the app for the first time you will see a interface like the one shown in the screenshot below.
The home screen is pretty basic and displays which level you are at currently and how many lives you have. The app is ad supported and you will notice a continuous add at the bottom of the window.
To start playing the game click the play level 1 game window on the left side of the app window. This will take you to your first word connection puzzle.
As you can see in the above screenshot that first and last words are given. Now you have to guess the 3 words in between them. Few start letters of these words are given. Select a word to guess and a alphabet keyboard will appear at the bottom of the window, as seen in the screenshot below.
There are random letters available to fill in the word selected by you. In case you are stuck and can’t guess the word, then choose the hint option on the right side of the keyboard. The hint button says reveal a letter. When you use this option you lose a life out of the 10 you had to begin with.
With each level the words keep on getting difficult and guessing them becomes a real challenge. So you can also test out your vocabulary skills with this game app. The home screen also has a leader boards option to see where you rank.
