How to use Kamifit?
1. Select the Build a routine option shown in the above screenshot. Following window will open:
Here you can select any exercise from the given list: Bench Press, Push Ups, Dum bell Bench Press, Flys, sit-ups, crunches, flitter kicks, butt kicks, etc. Specify the sets, Rep, and your weight.
After selecting the number of exercises and the sets click on Ok. At the bottom of the page there is a create button . Click on that to create your routine exercise chart.
2. You can view your build routines by using the “View Routines” button. Here, you can also add any routine or delete any routine.
3. Mix it up option is to mix your two saved routines. After creating individual routines you can merge them to create a new and single routine.
4. The View Progress button helps to see the weight loss between a time interval. You can also draw a graph for your calorie loss/gain during that period which will be much helpful to understand the effects of following the routine workouts.
5. Cardio:
Using this option you can choose your activity like cycling, dancing, aerobics, etc. And just enter the calories you want to burn. Kamifit will give you the description of the exercise to be done and the number of times the exercise to be done and the total time for which to be done. It will also tell you how much calorie you can burn per hour and per minute.
6. Kamifit provides you with some tips and tricks, which can prove to be very helpful in keeping you fit and fine.
