You can customize the hotkey and also set the duration in which you wish to see the error box. Not only that, it lets you test the dialog box randomly, and checkout how it goes. (Note: Dr.Windows portable version did not work for me, so I would recommend you to install the full setup.)
As soon as you install the setup on your PC, it quietly sits in your system and display the first random funny error message after 24 minutes (you can customize this time interval). In my case, I came across this message:
