FreeMEM (or LiveFreeRAM) is a free software that helps to find out total available free RAM on PC at any time. It lets you view live usage of PC RAM by showing the free RAM in percentage and in KBs. It is quite lightweight and comes with a small interface. So it won’t bother you while working on PC.
You can place it on top of other Windows, and it will continuously show you free RAM available. You don’t need to access task manager again and again to find out if your RAM is low or not.
Here is an animated gif made with LICEcap to show you how FreeMEM works:
If you run lot of programs or even lot of browser windows, then your available free RAM would reduce drastically and that would deteriorate performance of your PC. In that case, if you want to check how much RAM is actually free, you have to open task manager manager again and again. Instead of that, you can use this small utility to quickly find out how much free RAM is available.

How To Use FreeMEM To Find Out Available Free RAM?
It is one of the simplest software and requires no user-interaction. All you have to do is download LiveFreeRAM’s set up file (1.7 MB) and install it. After installation, just launch it.
Instantly, it will show you free RAM percentage as well as amount of free RAM in KB. To place it on top of other windows, you can use Top button present on its interface.
FreeMEM does its work quite well, for what it is built for. Still, I think there should be option available to view processes occupying more memory as well as option to kill unwanted processes. For that, you need to open Task Manager and kill those processes manually.
Conclusion:
FreeMEM is very simple tool and user-interaction is near about negligible. If your PC slows down towards middle of the mid, you can use this software to see if it is unavailability of free RAM that is impacting PC performance.
