It is one of the simplest software and requires no user-interaction. All you have to do is download LiveFreeRAM’s set up file (1.7 MB) and install it. After installation, just launch it.
Instantly, it will show you free RAM percentage as well as amount of free RAM in KB. To place it on top of other windows, you can use Top button present on its interface.
FreeMEM does its work quite well, for what it is built for. Still, I think there should be option available to view processes occupying more memory as well as option to kill unwanted processes. For that, you need to open Task Manager and kill those processes manually.
