Daily Workouts is a free Windows 10 workout app with workout routine videos which let you follow step by step. The app lists exercises according to body parts like arms, abs, legs, butt, etc. Apart from these there are pilates, kettlebell, ball, etc. workouts as well. You can easily do these exercises from the comfort of your home and get a great workout in about 5 to 10 minutes. The free version of the app offers some free exercise videos and you can also upgrade to the paid version of the app with many more exercise videos.
The Windows 10 workout app can be downloaded from the Windows 10 store or from the link given at the end of this article. When you start the app for the first time, you will see a screen like the one given in the screenshot below.
As you can see in the screenshot above all the workouts are listed in the app window and the left side of the window shows the recent exercises you have been through. When you click on an exercise tile say Pilates, then it will open up and show how many routines are available in this section. Just follow the video step by step to get a great workout. All the videos have timers which let you easily follow a video. There would be about 10 exercises in a video and you can follow them at your pace. You can also change a few settings in the app.
You can turn the sound option on or off. You can turn the calorie display on or off. You can also store your weight, age and gender in the app, so the app shows you specific routines.
