Process Street has added a new tool to their platform called Pages. Using Pages, you can create a company knowledgebase and share with teammates or with anyone using a link. Here basically, you can create pages with full formatting and by embedding images just like Notion. Each page that you create can be shared over the web if you publish it to the internet.
For pages, there is a block editor pretty much like Notion but not entirely. This Pages tool is in beta for now and only few writing blocks re supported. A medium like popup toolbar is provided here, which you can use to format text that you add in any block. You can create as many pages you want and even organize them in folders. This is as simple as that.
Pages by Process Street: Create Free Knowledgebase using Notion Like Editor
If you have Process Street account already, then you can just get started quickly. But if you don’t have one then you can register for a free account and Pages are free forever for all the plans. As I already mentioned earlier that Page sis in beta stage, so you will see beta tag in front it. To open or create a page, you simply click on New in library and there you will see the option, as you can see in the screenshot below.
Now, you can just start creating your page in the way you want. Just start by giving a title and then simply start writing whatever you want. Click on the plus icon to add a new block.
When you select some text, then text formatting options will show up in a popup. Using this toolbar, you can make your text bold, italics, and even create hyperlinks.
Finally, when you are done, you can simply share the page. You can either keep your pages private and only share with your teammates. Or, you can publish them to the internet and then share with anyone, just like notion. The share option is there it is up to you to decide with whom, you want to share those pages.
This way, you can use this new tool, Pages by Process Street. Also, you can include the pages which you have create in the workflows and even organize them in folders. For now, you can create unlimited pages and publish them and do whatever you want.
Final thoughts:
Process Street is a popular workflow tool that a lot of people use. And with the addition of Pages, you can now create interactive knowledgebases right here and then share them with anyone. The functionality is somewhat limited, but I hope in the coming updates there will be more options and features to Pages that you will be able to use.
