Greeting Box is available for free on the Mac App Store. This application does not have ads and stuff (which is a bonus). If you want more templates and designs then you have to purchase them; but the application has a lot of free templates which are nicely designed and you can customize them according to your wish and the occasion. - When you open up the application, you will be presented with a window, there you can select a design as shown in the screenshot below. You can see the whole list, if you want to see them by categories then click on the list that is present on the left side of the application window.

Anyway, I am not feeling too creative today so I just made a random greeting card (I know it’s not valentine’s day) check out the card’s front page below, see if you agree with the statement.

You can modify it if you want to according to your needs. The application allows you to move, resize, rotate, and crop an image with a few mouse clicks. - The application is really simple to use and you will have fun while you use it to create stuff; it is not at all a techie’s tool. You can just drag and drop your favorite images of your loved ones or acquaintances and create special greeting cards for your special ones. When you drag and drop an image it will show up in the sidebar on the left part of the window. To use an image in greeting just drag it to the greeting card template that you are editing.
