If you want to disable incognito mode on Chrome Android for some reason then it can be done using a simple app.

Use Disable Incognito Mode App

Open app and tap on “ Open Settings ” button to give it Notification access. open the app to allow access

As lo ng as the app is running, the incognito mode won't work! The incognito window will close on its own.

To get the incognito mode back, simply uninstall the app.
